Margie Zichterman did not realize when she went to visit her grandfather in the little butcher shop he worked in, that she would follow in his footsteps. When she started working at a butcher shop 22 years ago, it was a flexible job that let her be there while her kids were growing up. She did not realize it would become a job that she would love! Helping customers decide on meals and giving them cooking instructions gets her excited. During her 22 years of experience she was able to work alongside her two daughters, who are excited to help out when they can.
