Chipotle Grilled Salmon with Avocado Pineapple Salsa 

Salmon fillets

3/4-1 teaspoon chipotle powder

3 T. dark brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Create tray of aluminum foil and place salmon in tray.

Cover salmon well with chipotle mixture

Grill on medium heat 15-20 minutes

Top with pineapple avocado salsa to eat.

Pineapple Avocado Salsa

1 pineapple diced or 1 lrg can of chunks

1/2 red onion diced

1 med-lrg jalapeno diced

1 avocado diced

1-2 T. fresh cilantro finely chopped

juice of 2 lrg limes

1 pkg stevia or 2-3 teaspoons honey

1/2 teaspoon sea salt
